What is TRX?

TRX, known as Total Resistance exercise, uses suspension training to increase strength, mobility, core, balance, and flexibility. It was created by the NAVY seals and is a portable form of exercise equipment that fits into most carry-on bags.

Let's talk about calories. Calories are actually energy that our body requires to function. In a typical diet or daily food intake, it should consist of carbohydrates, protein and fats. If you have a high intake of fats then you are using more calories which would likely be stored if you do not have a high enough activity level. Our body will store fat if eaten in excess. So - be sure to have a balanced daily caloric intake!

Your core is considered the chain link between your upper and lower body. This effects your balance, stability, posture and even daily activities or sports. A simple exercise which doesn't require a gym membership or equipment is a bridge. Simply lay on your back, hands by your side, heels directly under your knees hip width apart, then in a slow motion, tilt your tailbone towards the ceiling and lower back into the floor raising your hips towards the ceiling. You can add a hip band, block, or ball to change the modification to be more challenging.

One-on-one training will offer the most personalized experience to achieve your health and fitness goals allowing the trainers focus to be on you. Packages starting as low as $30 per session.

Partner Training

Partner training allows two people to train at a time which is beneficial for people who have similar goals and similar fitness levels or would like to motivate each other! This is a great option for friends, couples, family members, or strangers with similar fitness goals. Packages starting as low as $25 per session.

Group Training

Group Training is a group of 3 or more people training during the same session. This is a great opportunity for team building, friends, or multiple people with similar interests to train together providing support and motivation for each other along with accountability efforts. Packages starting as low as $20 per session.

Take the hassle out of traveling, gym memberships, and tennis shoes (sometimes) with meeting virtually for  single, partner, or groups of 3 or more people from the comfort of your own home or chosen location. This is especially motivating because you now have access to sessions using your own space and equipment with all of the benefits of having a personal trainer while learning how to stay motivated in the most vulnerable space. Packages start as low as 3 - 30 minute sessions for $75.

My purpose would be to let you experience the freedom of food and fitness without sacrificing.. it's after all about creating a healthy lifestyle not a diet. $150

 I don't have a gym membership, will personal training still work for me?


-Absolutely! Of course it is ideal to have access to exercise equipment so there may be some items that will be suggested for purchase but you can do a lot of home programs to stay fit. We will work together to find the best solution for you!


Do I have to train everyday?


-No! The best thing about personal training is that I can provide a program that fits your personal schedule for your lifestyle that will make you successful. If you can only dedicate 2 hours a week- we will design a plan that includes everything you need and adjust from there.


I've never worked out before, is this something for beginners?


-This is the best opportunity for beginners to learn the proper way to workout with avoiding injuries. Working with a personal trainer like myself allows you to learn your limits and stay motivated. I love to push you a little further than you would on your own, otherwise you would never see results!


I have an injury, will it prevent me from working out?


-There are safe ways to move your body while avoiding injuries. You should have been evaluated by a physician and cleared to work out. Having a knowledgeable trainer that understands what the injury is and knowing the appropriate ways to work with you is important and from experience working in the medical field, I am confident we can help you adopt healthy habits.
